What Shipping Methods Are Available?

In most cases, we use international air freight.
FedEx/UPS/TNT is our most used express delivery method.
Remarks:
1. For packages over 20KG, we will consider shipping by sea with the customer’s consent.
2. Under normal circumstances, the most popular express delivery method in the customer’s local area is our first choice.
3. In remote areas, customers need to pay remote fees.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Most products are customized products, and the total time is composed of product production time and express delivery time;
Production Time/Lead Time: The production time is listed on the product page;
If there are other customized requirements, the production cycle needs to be reassessed;
Delivery Time/Shipping Time: According to the latest timeliness of FedEx/UPS/TNT/EMS…
Usually 3~7 working days on the way to the U.S./Europe/Japan/Korea;

How Do I Track My Order?

After the customer places an order, the system will immediately send an order confirmation email.
If the production cycle is more than 2 weeks, our sales staff will also send an email to tell the customer the specific production cycle.
When the merchant delivers the goods to the customer, the system will send the courier number to the customer by email.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

1. Purchase Online
Yes, customer need to register a account before to palce order.

2. Quotation & TT
Customers can also confirm product parameters and prices through the Quotation, and then complete the payment by bank transfer.
In this case, there is no need to register an account.
