Fiber Probe:
For some medical and semiconductor applications, a (very) small tip is required for reflectance measurement. TaorLab offers two standard diameter small tip reflection probes, 1.5mm, 2.5mm or 3.2mm, each tip is usually 100 mm long.

The probe is equipped with one or six 200μm (optionally 200~600um) illuminating fiber can be connected to the light source, and a reading fiber to measure reflection by connecting to a spectrometer.
