Spray Integrating Sphere Irradiance Measurement 300~2400nm Spectral Detection Luminous Flux Integrating Sphere
The IC series integrating sphere has a wide spectrum range covering ultraviolet-visible-near infrared (300~2400 nm). It is made of high-quality PTFE material or barium sulfate material spraying, which can provide ultra-high reflectivity in the 300~2400 nm band. It can detect the luminous flux, wavelength and other parameters of various light-emitting products such as LEDs and lighting lamps, and has a wide range of applications in various industries. The ports of the IC series integrating spheres are all SMA905 standard interfaces (interfaces can also be customized).
Our integrating sphere design features a sturdy port frame, easy-to-access installation options, and quick-change accessory options to meet multiple requirements. The calibration laboratory provides calibration options to ensure that your system can be customized for specific application requirements. When replacing components, just click the system software to recalibrate.
The PTFE coating has a highly reflective surface and almost perfect Lambertian reflectance. These coatings are durable and maintain a high degree of stability for long periods of time, ensuring excellent integration of light over the life of the sphere.
Applications:
1. LED source system
2. Solid State Lighting
3. Large area LED display backlight
4. General lighting
5. Automotive lighting
6. Architectural lighting
Principle of Integrating Sphere:
As shown in the figure below, after the light is incident from the input hole, the light is uniformly reflected and diffused inside the ball, forming a uniform light intensity distribution on the spherical surface, so the light obtained by the output hole is a very uniform diffused beam. Moreover, the incident angle, spatial distribution, and polarity of the incident light will not affect the intensity and uniformity of the output beam. At the same time, because the light is emitted after being uniformly distributed inside the integrating sphere, the integrating sphere can also be used as a light intensity attenuator. The ratio of output intensity to input intensity is approximately: light output hole area/surface area inside the integrating sphere.
